1st day back...

Oh boy...this quarter looks rough. Looks like I will have to be out and about a lot. I already detest driving...and needing to drive in the snow worsens things. Was able to wake up and get to school on time...so I suppose that makes starting out the quarter on a decent note.

Trying to hunt down a slow-cooker recipe that's vegetarian and doesn't have more than 5 ingredients...
